About the event
This class is a guided meditation session with the Ajna Light. The class is also a Soundbath experience. Drishti is a yogic principle of focus and chakra balance will be explored in this class. The Ajna Light is a rare light therapy to help us expand our awareness and reach deep meditative states through technology.
