The experience then flows into an immersive sound journey - a modern take on the traditional sound bath, blending crystal bowls and sacred instruments with DJ-led electronic soundscapes, ambient textures, and live vocal elements. Together, these layers create a rich, expansive environment for deep rest and inner exploration.
Guests are invited to relax, get comfortable, and receive at their own pace. No prior experience is needed.
About the Ajna Light
Ajna Light Therapy uses pulsed light frequencies to support deep meditative states and expanded awareness — offered in a safe, non-invasive group setting. Many find the experience deeply calming and centering.
