This month we present yoga with Founder of Yogalution and a great part of why the studio is so special. will then facilitate Breath Meditation “Breathwork” accompanied by Sacred Light Ajna Light therapy (see note below) that focuses on the heart center & uses multifaceted guidance to elevate the frequency.
