This month we present yoga with Dharma Shakti. Founder of Yogalution and a great part of why the studio is so special. Zaire Black will then facilitate Breath Meditation “Breathwork” accompanied by Sacred Light Ajna Light therapy (see note below) that focuses on the heart center & uses multifaceted guidance to elevate the frequency. After the breathwork Sacred Liiight (Evelyn and Dru) will deliver a beautiful Ajna Light Sound Bath. This group looks forward to manifesting an all levels asana yoga practice, breath meditation and beautiful sound bath to help everyone elevate!
