KUNDALINI YOGA:

Kundalini is the 8th limb of yoga which has an inward focus for our body, mind and spirit! Along with using Hatha yoga poses, Kundalini uses breath work exercises to activate our Prana life force energy. We also use mantras for vibrating sounds during meditations. You will leave this class feeling deeply invigorated & connected to life on a whole other level. This practice will activate your consciousness, guiding you on your healing and ascension journey.

The Ajna Light was developed in 2014 to help people explore their intimate connection with the wisdom of the universe, bridging them to the root of their being. Light flicker frequencies entrain brainwaves, bring you effortlessly into a relaxed and meditative state. If you are stressed or have a busy mind, even with your thoughts active while the light sequence is playing, you will automatically be brought into a more relaxed state. There is no need to try to stop your thoughts, just observe your feelings and sensations during the light session. The Ajna Light assists you in entering a relaxed, meditative state without years of meditation training and practice.

They travel worldwide sharing Light & Sound Journeys, as well as, provide training for various Energy Wellness modalities. Their intention is to preserve the Spirit of Community and Sacred Healing Arts by co-creating spaces for Transformation, Healing & Wisdom Shares.

Evelyn Starlight received her rights of passage for Universal Energy Healing in 2005, she is a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, Akashic Records Reader, Sound Meditation Guide, Ceremonial Henna Adornment Artist, Story Keeper + Sacred Ceremony Facilitator co-creating Full Moon & New Moon Gatherings, Healing Circles, Sacred Mamma Belly Ceremonies, Spiritual Weddings, Blessings,120th Day Ceremonies and more. Her classes embody nurturing a relationship with spirit, leaning into Good (God) and practicing unconditional love as a tool for freedom.

Dru Ali is a Certified Ajna Light Therapist, Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki 2 Practitioner, DJ, Music Producer & Creator of Liiightspace—which is a state-of-the-art pop-up installation, where he facilitates Light, Sound & Vibration sessions for exploring expanded states of consciousness. He is an Ambassador/Trainer for the Ajna Light, PyraLight & Vibe System—guiding people around the world on how to use these innovative technologies to their fullest potential. You can also find him deejaying for yoga classes and high energy dance floors at Music Festivals such as Bass Canyon, Bhakti Fest, Electric Daisy Carnival, Lightning In A Bottle, Lost Lands, Lucidity & Nocturnal Wonderland.
