About The Gathering
Sunday Reset is an immersive, contemplative gathering held in a gently supported space where the body can come into alignment, opening the way for integration, authentic embodiment, and inner-guided awareness. Through innovative light technologies, restorative sound, and simple reflective practices, we create a calm, intentional atmosphere in which the whole system can soften and settle naturally.
This experience welcomes the full spectrum of what may unfold, from deep rest to expanded states of consciousness, all while inviting you to stay grounded and present. It is not a performance or teacher-focused event. We simply hold the space and offer a rare blend of modalities, including the Ajna Light, of which only about 1,000 exist worldwide.
